Dr. Nafiseh Hashemi is a board certified Neuro-ophthalmologist and comprehensive eye surgeon serving patients with the most complex neurological eye diseases. She provides the most advanced care for extensive neurologic and ophthalmic conditions including optic neuropathies, optic neuritis, multiple sclerosis, intracranial tumors, optic nerve tumors, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, double vision, myasthenia graves, thyroid eye disease, Vision loss due to cerebral or optic nerve stroke, and unexplained vision loss. Dr. Hashemi’s rigorous training after finishing medical school, started with surgery internship in University of Tennessee, ophthalmology residency in university of Texas and neuro-ophthalmology fellowship under the mentorship of world renown neuro-ophthalmologist dr. Andrew lee.
